Operational excellence is my passion, which I rediscover every day as a pilot in professional aviation. Here I work in an industry that thrives on operational excellence, outstanding communication, leadership and extremely high standardization in order to guarantee stable processes and thus security for its customers - a role model for every industry from which you can also benefit!

I laid my foundations during my studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and at the University of Freiburg. As an MSc. Industrial Engineering and Economist, I understand both levels, the process and your financial perspective.

At Porsche Consulting, the philosophy of continuous improvement and LEAN became part of my DNA. There I accompanied enterprises from a wide variety of industries worldwide, from SMEs to corporations.

As Director Operational Excellence and interim plant manager, I proved that I can take on responsibility on an operational and strategic level.

Eventually I got into professional aviation as a pilot, through the Lufthansa flight school, the "European Flight Academy."

Project- and event-management is my passion, which I have been following since 2009. Familiarizing myself with new questions, creatively looking for solutions, organizing and ultimately putting what I planned into action and bringing people together - that's what I strive for!

I am currently coordinating for one of our customers from the EduTech sector the market entry in Germany incl. the founding process of the German subsidiary as well as the AZAV- & ZFU- certification processes for recognition by the German employment agency.

The methods of operational excellence help me to carry out our projects effectively, efficiently and within the planned cost and time frame.

The question "what do I have to do as a manager, trainer or coach in order to get the best possible out of a team, and to promote a culture of continuous improvement?" has not only inspired me since I started my professional life, but has accompanied me during every type of training or education.

I found the right answers to these questions in aviation. What can be described as an optional increase in efficiency in industry or the service sector, is the indispensable basis for maximum safety in commercial aviation.

As a ground training instructor for flight crews, as well as practical trainer for safety and emergency procedures, I have developed a passion for education and great interest in the field of learner engagement. How can we make your staff be genuinely interested in training, and evolve beyond the "requirement" to attend training?

I recently pursued a certification on Aviation Management with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which has given me an enriching perspective to the administrative, economic and managerial side to the operations I have been involved in for a few years now.
