Learning to see
Our approach is based on the Toyota and Porsche production system. The cornerstones of this corporate philosophy have been proven to be portrayed into all industries, from hospitals to shipyards. Nevertheless, do not forget that the managers must always lead and provide guidance, by requesting the implemented methods and concepts (top-down). That is why training of your managers together with their team plays a central role in the implementation process. The training essentially takes place directly in your area of ​​activity in order to immediately visualize what you have learned and to swiftly promote implementation.
